United Parcel Service (UPS) is the
preferred carrier. Orders up to 500 pounds generally ship
via UPS as long as all items on the order are within UPS
size limitations. All other items ship common carrier.
UPS's ground delivery service is next day or second day
and is reaching 99% of the US population. All orders will
NOT be shipped until payment has been received. See Terms
and Conditions at the Checkout Area of the site. UPS
shipping services the contiguous 48 states.
Point of Delivery may vary: UPS will normally deliver to a single address within a
given business. This is normally the front desk area,
reception area and/or receiving area where a receiving
dock exists. Common carrier will only deliver to a dock
area, unless prior arrangements have been made. Inside
delivery is considered a service up charge by the carrier
and may also require additional equipment or assistance.
Service upgrades such as inside delivery charged by a
common carrier are not part of the freight rate and will
be passed on to the reseller.

inside delivery and installation in certain zip codes
across the United States (37 major markets) of over 4,000
furniture products.

Something You Need to
Know:
There are some markets across the country where furniture
set - up and delivery is not available. Also, set- up
orders are non-returnable. A re delivery charge will be
applied if you are not ready when installers arrive.
Additionally, driver "down time" will be assessed by the
hour if you are not ready to receive the merchandise when
it arrives. Areas must be clear of existing furniture
prior to delivery. A freight elevator is required to be
available at the delivery site, if none is present, a per
stair carry charge will be assessed. The set-up program
does not include electrical work or wall mounting. Shelf
merchandise requested to be delivered with a set-up and
delivery install carries a flat rate charge. End users
that "Lease Space" require a "Certificate of Insurance".
