Five Day Trial Terms |

|
Your 5 Day Trial Membership is the
gateway to permanent and privileged membership to American
Small Business Group (ASBG) as long as you wish to remain
a subscriber. It is a seven days Trial Membership which
consists of five Business days and two Non Business days.
It will commence on your Billing date, which is the next Business
day following the day you complete a recorded contract of your enrollment
with the Independent Marketer/Agent whom you sign up with. This
overnight delay will allow ASBG to receive the order and the Recorded
Contract in our billing center and activate you. It will run from
the billing date you mentioned into the recording for the next five
business days excluding any holidays that ASBG is closed on. Saturdays
and Sundays are Non Business days that are included in the seven
total days but not in the five business days. Your Subscription
& Membership includes all benefits of membership listed under
the "Benefits" Section
of the web site.
ASBG is closed on the following days: New Year's Day,
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas.
Once the trial is completed, you will be charged the
Standard set up fees for your permanent membership of
$399.95. It is on the next business day following the
expiration of the trial, which is the SIXTH Business day
following the date you spoke with your
representative/agent and completed your recorded contract,
or the FIFTH Business day following the billing date you
gave your representative/agent. In order to avoid being
billed Standard set up fees for your permanent membership,
you must call American Small Business Group's Billing
Department Toll Free at 800-706-0934 before the end of
your Trial Membership, be identified and state your wish
to cancel. Emails, voice mail messages and letters are not
permitted. You must
speak with a membership representative at the Billing
Department by calling the Toll Free Number listed above
and have your identity confirmed in order to cancel.
The Billing Department is open Monday through Friday from
9:00AM to 5:00PM EST. If you cancel before the end of the
trial, you will not be billed any money. You may cancel
your membership for any reason, anytime, with no further
obligation by calling the Billing Department during
business hours at 800-706-0934. You will receive your
"Welcome Email" with links to this site for evaluation
purposes. There will be no other correspondence sent in
the regular mail, by fax, or by overnight carrier for the
Trial Membership. If you do not receive your Welcome
Email, it is your responsibility to log onto this site to
evaluate your permanent subscription and review all terms
and conditions. You may also request a replacement email
by phoning the Billing Department toll free at 800-706-0934 and verifying your email address, but this will not
delay the start or finish of the Trial Membership. |
